Voice minutes beyond your plan's allotment are billed at $0.35/minute. AI conversations beyond your allotment are billed at $25 per extra block of 250. You'll get an alert at 80% and 100% of your allotment so nothing is a surprise, with a one-tap link to add a minutes pack. Unused allotments don't roll over.
Yes. On Growth and above, and on any one-time Website Build, the domain, hosting, and content are yours. If you ever leave Moonrock, your site goes with you.

Yes — nationwide. Moonrock is headquartered in Lawrence, Kansas, but serves local service businesses across the whole US. Clients near Lawrence get in-person onboarding; everyone else gets the same product, served remotely.
