These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of moonrockmarketing.com (the "Site") and any interaction with Nova, our virtual growth advisor, provided by Moonrock Marketing Company ("Moonrock," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Site to learn about Moonrock's services, interact with Nova to receive a preliminary recommendation ("Flight Plan"), and request follow-up from our team. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
2. Nature of Recommendations
Nova's Flight Plans, site briefs, and other recommendations are preliminary, informational starting points based on what you share, and are not a guarantee of results, pricing, or scope. Final scope, pricing, and terms are confirmed by Moonrock directly before any work begins or any agreement is signed.
3. Communications and SMS Consent
If you provide contact information and opt in, Moonrock may contact you by email, phone, or SMS text message regarding lead follow-up, appointment reminders, and marketing offers. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Our SMS practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its content, design, and the "Nova" name and related branding, is owned by Moonrock Marketing Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our permission.
